You can also see Brian in the all silent sketch comedy group Bri-Ko, which is quietly kicking ass. Brian is the co-founder and has been the Technical Director of the Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival for the last 12 years – where he has teched over 1200 shows. He is also the Director of Facilities at Stage 773. He would like to thank his wife Jill and his partner in crime Posen. Stand back I’m going to try science!

Question 1:
How many years have you been involved with the Cupid Players?
I’ve been in The Cupid Players for 12 years. The only show I was not involved in was the first.
Question 2:
What is your favorite thing about being a Cupid Player?
My favorite thing about being a Cupid Player is the fun that we all have when we are with each other, be it on stage or off everyone is constantly having fun and laughing. I know this sounds cheesy, but we are like one big family.
Question 3:
What is your favorite number from any Cupid show past or present and why?
My favorite number in the Cupid Players show besides “Tech Guy” (I had to say it) is Lust Song. Watching Tim Soszko and Jill Valentine act like idiots and try to make each other laugh is awesome. Each time they do that song they come up with something different to try to make the other break on stage.
Question 4:
If you could live in any decade of the 1900s, which decade would that be?
I wish I could live in the 80’s forever. Big hair, Big Guitar solos, and Stone washed Jeans. (I love 80’s Hair metal can you tell?)
Question 5:
Cheese or bacon?
Bacon wrapped Cheese, deep fried in bacon fat and served with cheese dipping sauce, sprinkled with bacon bits.
